If the day doesn't happen, you keep the credit

Interviews get moved, and software sometimes fails. Neither should cost you a credit.

Your interview gets rescheduled. Email us and we put the credit back on your account.

You used it and it went fine. That one we don't refund. We'd rather tell you here than hide it in the terms.
